Refund policy
Because each relic is forged on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size.
If your relic arrives damaged, misprinted, or corrupted, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will conjure a replacement or refund at no cost.
If a shipment is truly lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ business days), we’ll replace it. Packages marked “Delivered” but not found are the responsibility of the local courier.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are crafted quickly. If you reach us within a few hours of purchase, we may be able to halt the ritual. After printing begins, cancellations are not possible.
